Phillip Brown did an outstanding job walking me through the home purchasing process. I highly recommend him and I will continue to use Phillip in the future. I appreciated his timeliness and availability through the whole process; the instant I had interest in a home, we dropped everything and were setting up a walk-through. Both Phillip and Courtney are fantastic! From the listing presentation through settlement they were always there for us. Phillip’s expertise in new construction made us feel very comfortable with our decision to go through with the purchase of our new property. He never missed one walkthrough. Having not sold a home in 23 years we relied heavily on Phillip and Courtney’s advice. Their expertise and knowledge of our area was impressive and resulted in a smooth transaction and a sale price of our residence for far above the listing price. Courtney and Philip are easy to recommend as real estate agents.
